      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - i have checked already microphone enabled - today i changed router so had to factory reset the camera and add back into google home - since then no sound but this did work previously i think!&amp;nbsp; I would really appreciate some help, ive followed all troubleshooting and cant get it to work Thanks Elaine&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Open the Home app &lt;IMG src="https://goo.gle/3Hwx9zy" /&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Touch and hold your device's tile.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Tap Settings &lt;IMG src="https://goo.gle/3R3cplU" /&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Select Audio.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Next to “Audio recording,” tap the switch to turn it on or off.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let me know how it goes.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Here are some troubleshooting steps you can also try:&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Ensure that your phone isn’t on mute.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check the Google Home app permissions:
  &lt;UL&gt;
   &lt;LI&gt;Go to the device’s Settings &amp;gt; Google Home &amp;gt; Permission, and make sure Microphone is enabled.&lt;/LI&gt;
   &lt;LI&gt;Test if the device’s microphone is working.&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Open the default voice recorder app or any other app that uses your device’s microphone and test the device’s microphone on the app.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Check if the device is connected to a Bluetooth device that may be serving as the microphone.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you so iPhone and that’s all working fine with sound. This started when I changed my home router has to remove the camera from the app and reconnect. I have 2 other indoor cameras same with them and they are working fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I can’t find permissions on the app to check but checked everything else no luck. Did a talk and listen with the husband I can’t hear anything he’s says outside apart from a hiss noice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I think the microphone has somehow become faulty what do you think?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks so much elaine&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
