Camera keeps going offline

When my camera was first installed I had no issues with it. For the last couple of days it has continued to go off line.

I’m sorry to hear that your camera is offline. No worries, we’ll sort this out — a few questions: what’s the status light of your camera? How far is the camera from the router? What Wi-Fi frequency band your camera is connected to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)? Are there other devices connected to the same Wi-Fi where the camera is connected to? Also, are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera?
