Download video-sound clip in home app issue.

Following online instructions, I've selected the event clip from history, tapped "event detail", but do not get a download icon as instructions indicate. What am I doing wrong?

Google Nest's directions are wrong and they've failed to correct them. There is no "Download" icon or button.

When viewing an event, click on the "More" icon (the 3 dots) and then click on the "Save clip to device" option. On an iOS device you'll be prompted to give Google Home permission to access your photos.

I'm accessing through the Home app and the 3 dots only give me "give feedback" and "help" as options. I

I would think the android version would be somewhat similar. You have to click the 3 dots when you are viewing an event.

If you go to your camera and select "History", and then select "Full history", and then select an event, and then click on the "More" icon, you should get a screen like this:

Still did not get me there. I did not get the same screen that gave me a save option. I was able to select the "new clip" option which allowed me to save it to my phone. Maybe I had a setup problem? Don't know, but I got what I needed.
