New camera trying to put it into my existing system. Can’t get the camera to receive the serial number.

When you say your existing system are you trying to add it with the older NEST APP? The new cameras can only be added to the new GOOGLE HOME APP.

if its a gen2 camera then it will not work with nest. Only home. Everyone needs to complain until they let cameras work with nest 2
