No audio in downloaded clip

I have events that i would like to download. However, when i download them to my device (iphone) there is no audio.

I can confirm the following.

Audio recording is/was switched on, Audio can be heard through the live feed and audio can be heard on the event in the Home app. It only seems to be when downlaoding the clip, the audio disappears.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community and for sharing with us your concern. Let's see what we can do here. To confirm, have you tried checking your audio recording settings?

Give these steps a try:

Open your Google Home app> select your Nest Camera.
Go to settings> audio> audio recording> turn it on and choose how loud your voice will be when you use talk and listen.
