Can’t see who rang the Nest Hello Doorbell

My iOS devise goes blank or freezes when someone rings the Nest hello doorbell. When it was installed, I payed for additional points simply to be sure of connectivity. I’ve read plenty of similar concerns so I thought that I would CHIME in. The delivery person is long gone before I get a chance to communicate.

I and several others have been reporting that the Nest Hello goes off line when someone pushes the button. Mine recovers in a minute or so, but video of visitor is lost. I reset my nest hello, but it did not fix this issue.
