Gen 1 or Gen 2?

My cameras are installed, so how can I tell of they are Gen-1 or Gen-2? Is there a method to determine the generation from the serial #?

Not clear what you mean but normally gen1 vs gen2 look completly different.

Additionally on the original packaging you have the 1) serial code and 2) model nr. GJQ5T AND 3) manufacture date (MFG: 09/2021).
