Missing anti theft screws

Paid to have my floodlight camera installed and he found there were missing anti theft screws.
Contacted Google and was told at first that these were not included after about 29 minutes of back and forth conversation and emails and sending photos of the leaflet showing they were included I was told I’d need to return to where I purchased.

If I do this then I have to pay to have it taken down and a new one installed!!

Any helpful suggestions as to how I can obtain these tiny screws would be very gratefully received …

I can imagine it has been an inconvenience, and I would love to look into this further for you. You can check a hardware store locally, but I don't have information available on the screw size. We unfortunately do not offer replacement parts, or process those type of requests here in the forum.

Thanks Brad, I’m going to try and source them from a store as you suggest just a bit tricky as I don’t know the size but thanks for trying to help

The hex screw size is 35 mm M3 for the plate, not sure if this is helpful to you, but that should be the size if you are looking to find some for purchase.
