Hey Folks ,

I had a delivery today and neither the front of the rear camera pickup up the courier. Both cameras were on & Wi-Fi was working fine.
Not the first time this has happened either.

Any advice would be great

Do you have the older Google Nest Outdoor Cameras or the newer Google Nest Battery Cameras? If you have 24/7 Nest Aware Plus, were the event recorded? Were they flagged as events?

In the last couple of days, we've had a few notifications that we've received 20 or 30 minutes after the event.
