Getting video footage before subscription?

Really desperately need to access footage from my camera as I think something bad happened to me when I got home last night. I’ve signed up the subscription today as I hadn’t done that and I can’t seem to be able to go further back, before the subscription started. I only need to go back to 20hrs ago. Is this at all possible?

If you did not have a subscription, only the last three hours are available. It is a rolling three hours and anything over three hours is over written. I don't believe anything will be available before your subscription started. Sorry something bad happened. Hope you are ok.
