google nest doorbell ( Battery )

My doorbell no longer announces via Alexa that someone has rung the doorbell. All attempts have been made via the Alexa app and Google Home app with no luck. I am connected for I can see the camera as well as leave a default message. Any help would be apprecciated

I can imagine it has been an inconvenience, and I would love to look into this further for you. I have a great article that goes over some troubleshooting steps. If you haven't already tried to remove the product and add it back again, I would give that a go. Let me know if you need further assistance.
