Need footage before subscription

Hi there - I think this is a long shot but I need access to footage from my nest before i paid for a subscription. I see that a package was left for me on the 11th of february, but we never brought one inside that day, so i am concerned someone stole the package. I paid for a subscription today, hoping someone on the nest team can help me out here.

History for Google Nest's Nest Aware subscriptions start from the time when we purchased them. If Google Nest were saving footage from our cameras before we gave them permission in the form of a subscription, that would probably be unethical if not illegal.
