How can I get my doorbell history it only saves one day

Do you know if you are currently subscribed to the Nest Aware service? This subscription service will enable video history of various tiers.

You need to subscribe to one of the NEST AWARE plans. They are $6/month or $12/month.

Note: Activating this will not bring back anything in the past. It only records from the time you start the subscription
