Google nest wired doorbell

I've had a Google nest doorbell for about a year. Yesterday, it went offline and now it doesn't work. I've tried connecting it to wifi, powered it off, and even tried resetting it. Nothing I've tried so far has done anything. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it getting power ? If so try rebooting your router to see if that allows it to reconnect

have you tried both a restart and factory reset? In that order.
