This process should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This might be helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Doorbell battery</title>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Hello,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I purchased a Nest Doorbell (battery) that is wired with the Ninety7 Indoor Power Adapter for Nest Doorbell (battery). The doorbell was working perfectly fine for many days up until about a day ago.&amp;nbsp; When I click on the camera button it says&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;"Live video unavailable: The camera may be unreachable or saving battery."&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I have tried the following with no luck.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;1.) Turning the camera off and back on from the Google Home app&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;2.) Removing the camera from the mount and restarting the camera&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;3.) Removing the camera from the Google Home app, factory resetting the camera and joining it back to the Google Home app. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;The camera battery settings says “plugged in” so I know it’s getting power from the Ninety7 Indoor Power Adapter but the camera live feed will not launch.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
