I can not access my nest camera account

Hello,

I have not been able to access my nest camera account in months as I am having a hard time receiving customer support since nest migrated with google. I am trying to login into my nest account through my app with the CORRECT login info and it strangely wont let me in unless I put in a code that is being sent to the email that is associated with the account. The problem is that this email is old and I no longer have access to it so I can not get the code to put in to then access my nest account. I also do not know how I would even migrate this account to google if If I can not get into the account. So, how do I either change the email associated with the account to get the code or how do I get into my nest account?

Hi Rachel2,

I’m sorry to hear that and for the delayed response here. If you no longer have access to your old email address, you can create a new account, use a personal Gmail and migrate it to Google account. To learn more, have a look at this guide: Migrate your Nest Account to a Google Account.
