Unable to see wifi network in Google Home

I'm trying to connect my Nest Doorbell to my wifi network, but when it's time so select the wifi, my network doesn't show up on the list. The device I'm using to set up the doorbell is connected to the network I'm trying to use so I don't understand why Google home doesn't see it. Also, I have other google devices on the same network I'm trying to link the doorbell too. I'm stuck, please help!

Are you using 5g? Is the Nest looking for 2.4G? If so, that's your problem...

@Angiebb313, thanks for posting here in the Community. To confirm, is this a newly installed Nest Doorbell? Do you have the wired or battery type Nest Doorbell? I would suggest you reset it to the factory default then try adding it again.
