To confirm, have you tried using your email address with a physical address in the USA. You may also try creating a new &lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3P1zTFw" target="_blank"&gt;home structure&lt;/A&gt; to your app with a US address. However, you'll not be able to use the Home/Away assist because of a different address.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, i live in Egypt and just bought a nest doorbell (battery) from NY. Everytime i try to set it up a message pops up saying ( problem connecting to cloud ). Any solutions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
