Wireless Nest Doorbell Latch is stuck!

My Nest Doorbell latch (the tiny button on the back) is stuck, so when I try to put it back on the mount, it just falls off every time. Is there a fix for this or do I need to get a replacement?

You could try contacting Support starting with this link to see whether you need a replacement. There are quite a few posts in this forum regarding problems with the mounting mechanism for the battery doorbell.
