Do you have a repair service? My nest doorbell came out of it's cradle and fell to the ground. The lens is shattered. Thank you

Google Nest does not have a repair service, nor does it sell spare parts. However, there are numerous reports in this forum from customers whose newer doorbells have fallen out of their cradle.

You can try contacting Support, starting with the link below, to see if you can get your doorbell replaced:
