Why do I keep getting alerts that say for example "Person seen. Outside of Zones" when I do NOT have any Zones set up?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, are you referring to your Nest Camera or Nest Doorbell? Have you tried double checking the event settings on your app? Do you have another Nest Camera for a different home structure? You may restart your Nest Doorbell or Nest Camera and reinstall your Nest app or Google Home app. Let us know your update here.
