Doorbell lens was damaged by a delivery driver can it be replaced or repaired?

Sorry to hear about your doorbell! While there aren't any ways to repair your doorbell camera lens, Nest will often replace cameras free of charge, even if it's out of warranty. Start by contacting Nest support and explaining your situation. If they won't replace your camera, I would recommend contacting the delivery company as it was damage caused by them and they should be the ones who reimburse you. If possible, have the video of the incident ready just incase Nest or the delivery company asks for it.
