Mount locking mechanism broken

The mount locking mechanism on my google battery doorbell no longer works. The locking button on the back does not protrude. Consequently it will not lock to the mount.

How is the doorbell opened up so that I can access that button mechanism inside and try to repair? I see 4 screws on the back: two regular size Phillips and two very small stsr like screw.

There are lots of posts in this forum about problematic mounting brackets for the battery doorbell. You could try contacting Support about a replacement.
