Dear Google Nest Doorbell Software Developers,

I am writing to request an update to the Google Nest doorbell iOS app to include more intensive tones for doorbell alerts. Currently, the app only has one "ding dong" sound which is not loud enough, even at the highest volume setting, and is not noticeable when the phone is in my pocket. As a result, I have been missing visitors at my door, and I have seen similar concerns raised by other users on online forums as well.

I have been a loyal user of Google Nest products and appreciate the functionality and convenience they offer. However, the lack of options for doorbell alert tones is causing inconvenience and missed visitors. Other competing products like Ring Doorbell offer multiple options for alert tones, and I am considering switching to them if this issue is not addressed.

I request that you please create an update to the Google Nest doorbell iOS app that includes more intensive and customizable alert tones. This will allow users to choose tones that are loud enough and easily noticeable, even when the phone is in their pocket. As a loyal customer, I would greatly appreciate if you could prioritize this update and inform me when it becomes available.

To add I'm in UK, on 1st Gen wires doorbell with iPhone 12, i have no Themes listed as an option

Themes are seasonal and are only available around certain holidays.

Never had themes option in uk, i just want a tone that can be heard not something for the holidays
