How do I view the new Google Nest cam (wired) camera I was sent to replace my Dropcam on my pc?

It doesn't show up on the pc when I plug it into a usb port.

You install the 2nd gen Nest Cam Indoor in the Google Home app. It does NOT work in the Google Nest app and is not installed via your PC.
