Google nest doorbell lens

My nest doorbell has a cracked lens, following it falling off the fixed mounting bracket!!!!! It has been correctly mounted following all steps and no issues until a few weeks after owning it! 😑 Under full warranty. Please advise of how I have this replaced or repaired under warranty.
