Battery Camera will not charge

My nest camera will not charge. I have three cameras and the charger works on the other two. The camera is still under warranty and I have filed a claim one week ago and have gotten no response yet. Is there a way to get this rectified quicker.

Yep quick to take your money when a warranty or faults iare nvolved they drag their feet. Standard stuff from google.

Done. How do I get someone from Google to handle the repair/replace of this camera.
