Does anyone know why I’m having issues on all my cameras with lowering the volume. The volumne doesn’t lower all the way down ? its only happening on google home app. Thanks

Yes, I’ve been experiencing the same problem on my iPhone 13 mini.

This seems to be common. It’s happening on android as well within the Google Home app. It’s almost like it’s using The internal earpiece

@baseballfant83, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, what version and type of Nest Cameras do you have? Also, could you compare if you're doing the same steps below?

Open the Home app .
Touch and hold your device's tile.
Tap Settings .
Select Audio.
Under “Camera volume,” drag the slider left or right to decrease or increase the volume of your camera.
