I had already deleted the device from the home app before trying the factory reset&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;2. When I tried to do a factory reset, as per your suggestion and all the videos on YouTube, I do not get a yellow light after 12 seconds. I don't get a blue circle. All I get is a green light and white circle.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;3. Even after 12 seconds of pressing the reset button and connecting the USB C charger I don't get a chime or change of lights, I get a green light and white circle.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Do you want me to send a video?       <title>Nest Doorbell Battery not factory rebooting - Green light</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7 days ago my Doorbell when offline and in the troubleshooting process I attempted to do a factory reboot; but first trying to remove it from my Google Home app. Now that the battery is charged via USB I am not able to add it back to the google app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When performing a factory reboot (holding it down for 12 seconds) the light by the camera stays green, and the button light stays white.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The doorbell makes a chime occasionally but I'm unsure of what prompts it (sometimes it's prompted by me pressing the button)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When attempting to add the device from the google home app both scanning the QR code and typing the code doesn't work&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Changing the wifi network doesn't work, even trying to use a mobile hotspot with the same old SSID the doorbell doesn't connect&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do to retore the paired device on my account/google home app now as I suspect the original problem was that the battery died (even though I didn't get a low battery notification).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. I'm sorry to hear if you're having trouble re-adding your Nest Doorbell. To confirm, how far is your Nest Doorbell from your Wi-Fi router? It should have a blue light pulsing indicating that it’s ready to be setup&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Give these &lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3X9KxQd" target="_blank"&gt;steps&lt;/A&gt; a try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Locate the reset pinhole on the back of your Nest Doorbell.&lt;BR /&gt;Tip: The reset pin on your Nest Doorbell (battery) is located below the USB port on the back of the doorbell.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Insert and hold the pin (you can use an unfolded paperclip or a thumbtack):
  &lt;UL&gt;
   &lt;LI&gt;At 10 seconds, the status light will blink yellow four times, and you’ll hear a countdown tone.&lt;/LI&gt;
   &lt;LI&gt;At 12 seconds, the status light will be steady, solid yellow while the doorbell starts the factory reset, and you’ll hear a confirmation tone.&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Release the button. Your Nest Doorbell will restore to its factory settings.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;After the factory reset, your Nest Doorbell will appear as “Offline” in the app until you remove it.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;To remove it from the app, open the app, then tap Settings &lt;IMG src="https://goo.gle/3peVdjW" alt="Nest settings icon" /&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://goo.gle/3qQlWUq" /&gt; Remove device &lt;IMG src="https://goo.gle/3pe2roo" /&gt; Confirm.&lt;/LI&gt;
