Cannot Add Nest Camera (Battery)

Hello, I had my Nest Cam setup and it was working great, we lost power and now it won't reconnect. I have removed it from my Google Home, did a factory reset and still will not add to my devices. Please help!

What colour is the light on the camera?

Do you have it wired or does it just run off the battery?
