I recently stopped getting video notifications. Now I just get text notifications about movements in our yard. How do I set up notifications for video messages?

A few questions: what type of Nest cameras do you have? Are you using an iOS or Android device? Do you have a Nest Aware subscription? Are you using the Google Home or Nest app? Also, does this happen on multiple devices or cameras?
