Kogan Baby Monitor cuts feed after time on Google Nest.

I have a Kogan Baby monitor Buy Kogan SmarterHome™ Smart Baby Monitor Security Camera (White) Online | Kogan.com. . and it works quite well.

However, I have had issues with the live stream on Google Nest displaying an error message after some time (maybe 30 mins or so), the camera feed will show a grey screen that says it can't retrieve the feed. The Kogan Smarterhome app works completely fine, it's just when we want to view it on the nest.

Any thoughts in relation to this?

Thanks for posting — let's get this sorted out.

A few questions: are you using a dual-band router? If yes, on which band is Google Nest Hub and Kogan security camera connected? Do you have other Google Nest Hub devices? Are they experiencing the same behavior?
