    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/396275"&gt;@JoeyD&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The older Google Nest Outdoor Cameras (we have three) do not have a reset button, so the only way you can do a factory reset is to remove them from the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt; by going to &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings | Remove device | Confirm&lt;/STRONG&gt;, provided that you can still see the cameras in the Google &lt;STRONG&gt;Nest app&lt;/STRONG&gt;.       <title>Nest Outdoor cam (wired) no status light</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a total of 4 hardwired cameras on my system. &amp;nbsp;Just so happens the 2 cameras that just happen to die were purchased as a 2-pack. &amp;nbsp;Both sets of cameras were purchased exactly one month apart in November 2021 &amp;amp; December 2021&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The other 2 cameras are working and had no issues with them. &amp;nbsp;Also, All the cameras are on surge protectors.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We had no power outage. &amp;nbsp;I've checked the outlets that they are on and confirmed there is power to the outlet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also went ahead and disconnected the power cable and plugged the USB into my laptop to see if a status light would appear and I even swapped out the cables from the USB from another working camera and It still no status light.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have I run out of options?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
