New Nest Hello - Pink Video From The Start

i just received a REPLACEMENT Nest Hello Doorbell.

The video feed is pink.

The nest hello i am replacing in the same place was not pink

so it seems the replacement is defective fright out of the box

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. For this to happen to your replacement, is very unfortunate. I would love to look into this issue for you!

This issue generally happens when the device is too cold or too hot. Is it in direct sunlight or in a very cool, cold area at all times?
It also sounds like the Night Vision is not working well, or at all. That can cause the pink hue in some cases. Visit this link and go through the troubleshooting steps. It should help you out.
