Nest Hello Doorbell (wired) isn't powered on, release button stuck

My doorbell went offline for some reason. Following some advice I saw on here, I released the doorbell and attempted to reset it. I thought I inserted it back properly but the camera won't turn on. The release button is stuck and there is a faint buzz coming from the speaker in the house. How do I fix this? Or will I have to call someone?

Hello, I'm an end user like you. It sounds like it is possible that your doorbell camera has failed. If it is less than a year old then Google will most likely honor the warranty and replace it at no charge.
