Nest speakers not available in Puerto Rico

Why is it impossible to find a Google nest speaker or nest mini in Puerto Rico? I sent myself one of each and they work great in PR. I wanted to get more and they are not for sale. Why wouldn't these be available if they already work? USPS delivers, Marshalls is here... Get it together Google.
