Nest outdoor camera not charging

My nest outdoor camera is not charging. I plugged in another outdoor camera to the same adapter and outlet without any charging issue. This camera is less than 2 years old. Installed in September 2021. Any suggestions?

Have you tried fiddling with the USB plug to make sure it's seated firmly in the bottom of the camera and making contact? I've seen posts from other customers having problems with the USB plugs working, though I don't know why it works for one camera and not the other.

(We have had a battery camera for 23 months, plugged in with the optional power cable. We've only unplugged the cable from the camera once, and it's remained "Live" and online.)

I ended up restarting the camera with the button on the back and that seemed to work!
