Nest and Google Home apps non-stop buffering, please help!

I got a 2nd gen Nest. Tried to use the apps but they kept buffering non-stop. I tried killing the app, using a different internet network, and restarting my phone. Still didn't work. What else can I do?

Hmmmm, just to be clear you are using the GOOGLE HOME app,,, correct?

Is this your only Nest camera?

One thing you could try as a test is go to home.google.com and log in with your same ID and password and see if you can see the live image from the camera.
