Free replacement Google nest camera

I have 3 nest cameras at home and Inhabe monthly subscription of Nest Aware. I just found out that Google will discontinue support service for Nest cameras next year and Google is offering free replacement and upgrade for these cameras to Google 2ne generation cameras. I think I missed the e mail from Google offering free replacement of these cameras. How else can I contact Google to get free replacement nest cameras.

Google is NOT discontinuing support for Nest cameras, just for the old Dropcams, and has a 50% discount offer towards up to two of the 2nd gen Indoor Cameras. They apparently sent the email notice to customers who had Dropcams on an active Nest Aware subscription a month before the April 7 announcement. Here's a link to the post:

I have 4 Dropcams connected to my Nest Aware subscriptions. I do not have a copy of the 50 percent discount email to upgrade and replace these. These are used for monitoring and security so its essential I get these replaced before the shutoff. Can this message be resent? Thank you.

You'd have to contact Support, using the link and instructions in the post below. Note that the offer only extends to 2 cameras, and they apparently have to have been online the month before the April 7 offer.

As a valued dropcam, nest, and Google customer. I would hope that customer service from nest, or Google, would contact their customers like me who have supported their business for years, to help get these cameras changed out properly for their customers. This would be proper care of your customer base.

Last April, an email was sent by Google about an update that until April 8, 2024, it will stop supporting Nest Secure and Dropcam, and a special link was sent to get up to two free replacement cameras if you have an active Nest aware subscription. If you haven’t received any email about this, please fill out this form so that we can assist you. Let me know once you’re done.
