Google doorbell wireless not charging or turning on

Hello I was wondering if anyone had an issue with their nest doorbell battery powered not charging or turning on? I unmounted it to charge it & it just turned off. Now it won’t charge, no lights come on. I disconnected from the app to try and add it back but it won’t find the device and I also tried resetting it. Not sure what to do. I’ve only had it maybe a year

Thanks for reaching out. To confirm, how long did you charge it? In case the charge is not enough, we would recommend you to charge it for approximately five hours to fully charge the battery. You may try plugging it into a different wall socket or a different USB cable. Also, please monitor its light status while charging it.
