 &lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. I want to check if you are still in need of any help. If so, please check and answer the following:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
 &lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
 &lt;OL&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;Check the LED status light of the device. Oftentimes, this would indicate the issue. To check what these lights look like, refer to&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3dUy4sJ" target="_blank"&gt;Nest camera lights and sounds.&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;Has the camera ever been powered on?&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;Did the camera work when it was first installed? If yes, how long has it been since installation?&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;Were there changes made with the setup, settings, and/or app of the Nest camera?&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;Is the camera paired to a Nest Account?&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;Were you using the USB cable and adapter that shipped with the camera?&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;Is the Nest Cam Outdoor’s cable securely connected to the power adapter? Push and twist the USB connector into place. Then, plug the adapter into a power outlet.&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;Are there any kinks or frays in the cable?&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;Inspect for damages on the cable.&lt;/LI&gt;
  &lt;LI&gt;Where is the device installed?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;/OL&gt;
