Cable Connection Broken - 1 Minute of Use

The magnetic end of the charging cord fell apart. When pulling out the magnetic end, the cover and magnet stayed in the cam charging pocket - I've seen the same issue for others.

I live in a small town and live 30 minutes from Lowe's which is where I bought the cam. Is it possible to get a replacement charger instead of returning to Lowes?
