Hi Dave25,

Thanks for reaching out and for being a step ahead of us. I just want to confirm, does your USB cable fit snugly into the port on the camera? (Make sure that the camera port, power cable, and adapter are securely connected. Also, does it feel loose or may fall out?

Best,

I had a power outage recently, all my other devices (including two other Nest indoor cameras) powered back up except for one. I just disconnected it from power, waited and replugged it. Outlets are fine, I have swapped USB plug, cable itself, etc - nothing seems to cause this camera to power on (no blue light)- or no light of any color. I removed device from my Nest App and used QR code to reset, but App is unable to locate the device. Probably because it doesn't power up. Please help. Is the device broken? How can I tell?
