Nest hello doorbell front plate delamination

Noticed today that that front of my doorbell looks like it's coming apart and I'm fairly certain mine is out or warranty. A quick search reveals this is a common issue. My doorbell is under a covered entryway and protected from direct sunlight and moisture. I see there are some results when I searched for protective covers on Amazon but I've seen some mixed reviews. Any have recommendations for solutions that won't affect IR, age quality, etc? Thanks.

Hi Brad,

I never did buy a cover for this, I had another look the other day and it seems to be slightly worse. The only troubleshooting I've done is to confirm that this is a common issue and that there are covers available. I'm slightly concerned that installing a cover could impact IR performance or cause other issues relating to heat or moisture.
