 &lt;LI&gt;What &lt;A href="https://goo.gle/3EJN2A8" target="_blank"&gt;type of Nest Camera&lt;/A&gt; do you have?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What app is it currently connected? Google Home app or Nest app?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;What’s the color of the LED status light?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;How far is the device from the router?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Can you connect to the internet with other devices?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are there any other devices that experience&amp;nbsp;issues with the Wi-Fi?&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the device you want to pair? Those devices could interfere&amp;nbsp;with the Wi-Fi or Bluetooth signal.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Does the app shows any code or message by any chance?&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Looking at this forum, I’m apparently meant to have been contacted about having a useless camera that soon will not be supported having been told to access via Google&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;today it won’t open on the app at all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BT advise it’s a Nest issue…&lt;/P&gt;</description>
