    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an indoor wired Nest camera&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I replaced my router with my ISP's new one, and I don't have access to the old one, as I had to send it back. When I came to change the WiFi network of the camera, it won't go into the setup mode with the blue light. I turned it off for a long while, turned it on and it goes from white to solid green, as if it is still connected to the old router that isn't plugged in.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It fails the setup on the home app claiming that the camera should be plugged in and connected to the same network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a result, the camera just can't be set up again. All I wanted to do was change network. Any way of fixing this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had this issue recently and i thought it was dead but after a power cycle and a few days it seemed to have timed out and reset itself to the blue pulsing light for setup again.&amp;nbsp; Hope this works for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Turns out that there is a tiny hole under the head of the camera, which can be used for a factory reset. That solved the issue&lt;/P&gt;</description>
