Lost mount plate for Nest Cam (outdoor or indoor, battery)

During moving from one flat to the other I lost my magnetic mounting plate.

Is there any possibility or replacement?

Hi. I have one if no one else will help you. I have the cameras but mine recently broke so I don't need the plates, my battery isn't charging is the problem I have so I have the metal plate thingy let me know if you need it still

I appreciate your response about his lost mounting plate. We're ready to help you out with your issue about the battery of your Nest Camera. To confirm, are you able to check the camera feed? What is the light status of it? Did you notice or experience any power outages recently?

Try restarting your Nest Camera:

Plug the camera into a power source.
Locate the reset button on the back of your Nest Camera.
Press and hold for 5 seconds.
Your Nest Camera will restart, and the status light will be steady, solid white.
