No 24/7 recording option for Google Nest wired doorbell gen 2?

I installed a new Google Nest wired doorbell gen 2 through the Google Home app. It is only allowing event recording, and there is no option for 24/7 recording. I've gone into the camera settings, video settings, then video history settings, and the only option is 30-day event history. According to Google, this doorbell should be compatible with 24/7 recording. What am I missing?

If you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription for the Google Nest "home/structure" where your doorbell is located, then under Settings | Video | Video History for your doorbell in the Google Home app, you should have choices for "60-day event video history" and "60-day event and 10-day 24/7 video history".

If you have a Nest Aware Plus subscription AND a 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell and are only getting a "30-day event video history" option, then something is wrong; perhaps you can use the "Contact Us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

If you only have a 30-day Trial Nest Aware subscription, you only get 30 days of event video history.

If you have a battery doorbell that is wired, you get "30-day event video history" with a Nest Aware subscription and "60-day event video history" with a Nest Aware Plus subscription:

@Danny_Dizzle, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, were you able to read the information that MplsCustomer has shared? If you have the trial version now, the Google Home app will notify you if you want to continue using the subscription and will give you options for your subscription upgrade. Nest Aware Plus has the 24/7 of 10 days continuous video recording and has 60 days of event video history, While the Nest Aware has 30 days of event video history. In case you have an update, you know where to find us.
