&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out. A few questions: do you have an Android or iPhone? Were there any changes to your Wi-Fi network? Also, are you trying to connect it to a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi network? Do you see an error code that starts with a C or NC?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try these steps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;For ease of setup, make sure your camera is within 15 - 20 ft (4 - 6 m) of the Wi-Fi router and the phone or tablet you're using for setup.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both turned ON on your phone or tablet.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Turn OFF mobile/cellular data.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your router. Most routers just require that you unplug the power source and then plug it back in to reboot.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your camera by removing the power cable, then reconnect it.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Reboot your phone by pressing and holding its power button.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Make sure you're using the latest version of the Google Home app, by checking your app store for any updates.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'd also recommend checking these settings:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;VPN: Off&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;iCloud private relay: Off&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Local network access: On&lt;/LI&gt;
