      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello my name is Ridhi Sharma. I'm a doctor and I spend most of my time at my Ayurvedic clinic. I'm also a mom to a 9-year-old daughter. I use my IPhone to keep an eye on her while I'm at work. However, I've been having trouble with my Nest Camera. It used to work fine with the app, but suddenly it stopped working. Now, the app says that the camera is linked to another account, but I can't see any other account linked to it. I bought the camera just a month ago and it's been very frustrating. Can you please help me solve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This is what support told me about my broken camera:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for reaching out to the Google Nest Customer Care Team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have customers who have had the same camera model for almost 3 years now with no issues. You can try to hard wire the camera as well for continuous power but it's sold separately. &lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;@Ridhi, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, do you remember inviting someone to have access to your Nest Cameras before? What is the light status of it now? How did you get the error message?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/467479"&gt;@jacobpissoff&lt;/a&gt;, to make sure we're on the same page, please share here how you troubleshoot your Nest Camera? Old and new versions of Nest Cameras can only be set up with the Nest app and Google Home app, it can't be set up through a Mac or Windows.&lt;/P&gt;
